You’ll play a key role in strengthening IT operations by supporting helpdesk activities, reviewing system permissions, and helping clarify and improve the accuracy of IT asset tracking processes. Responsibilities

Provide helpdesk and desktop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues

Review and manage IT permissions to ensure proper system access and compliance

Assist with tracking and documenting IT assets, including hardware lifecycle updates
- Support IT inventory reconciliation efforts and help ensure accurate recordkeeping
Qualifications

Experience in PC support, desktop support, or helpdesk roles in a professional environment

Strong understanding of IT asset management, inventory processes, and user permissions

Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to end users

Must be able to work onsite in Topeka, KS, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
