Duties:
- Process regular and off-cycle payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with wage and hour regulations
- Reconcile payroll data, including earnings, deductions, and taxes, and assist with general ledger and reporting activities
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and discretion while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Support payroll reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance activities, including audits and year-end processes
- 2–3 years of payroll or related accounting experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment
- Working knowledge of payroll systems (ADP preferred) and strong proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage sensitive information with discretion
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) and strong communication skills, with typing speed of 50 WPM
