We are seeking a skilled  Mechanical Assembler  to join our team, focusing on upfitting vehicles for specialized use. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with a variety of tools and equipment to assemble, install, and customize mechanical and electrical components on vehicles. Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical assembly and installation of parts and components on vehicles, including brackets, wiring, shelving, and equipment.
  • Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete installations accurately and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, ensuring all modifications meet quality and safety standards.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure components are installed correctly and securely.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines and goals.


Mechanical Assembler Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly, vehicle upfitting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems, wiring, and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
