  We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Trial Operations Specialist . This is a full-time, non-exempt role providing courtroom tech expertise for civil litigation (small-medium scale). You'll be the go-to person during trials, arbitrations, mediations, and hearings, leveraging advanced software skills to organize, analyze, and prepare electronic documents, media, and testimony for impactful presentations. Working closely with our litigation teams throughout the pretrial and trial cycle, you'll ensure smooth courtroom operations and contribute directly to our clients' success.

You'll be the go-to person during trials, arbitrations, mediations, and hearings, leveraging advanced software skills to organize, analyze, and prepare electronic documents, media, and testimony for impactful presentations. Working closely with our litigation teams throughout the pretrial and trial cycle, you'll ensure smooth courtroom operations and contribute directly to our clients' success.

Responsibilities:
• Prepares trial evidence (documents, multimedia) using recent versions of TrialDirector software and generates reports.
• Builds trial databases and creates graphics that communicate case themes using case materials and design software.
• Collaborates with legal team to refine exhibits, sequences, and trial strategies. • Manages digital evidence using designated software, ensuring smooth courtroom presentations.
• Organizes resources, documents activities, and troubleshoots technology issues for assigned projects.
• May manage outsourced design projects, participate in trial technology initiatives, or promote internal trial resources.

Core Competencies/ Qualifications:
  • Experience: College degree or equivalent experience in a legal support role with prior professional services experience (law firm preferred).
  • Trial Presentation Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience preparing and presenting electronic evidence using recent versions of Trial Director software.
  • Technical Skills: Strong critical thinking, computer proficiency, and understanding of courtroom technology configuration/troubleshooting.
  • Software Competency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, PDF editing software, and common media file formats (editing and conversion).
  • Additional Skills: Excellent organization, communication (both legal and technical), ability to handle pressure, learn new software, and adapt quickly.
Salary: 75,000-85,000
