The Branch Manager
is the frontline leader and “driving brand ambassador” for the branch—setting the tone for exceptional customer service while developing associates and executing the retail strategy. This role oversees day-to-day branch operations and can assist with teller transactions and a variety of banker functions as needed. If this sounds like a good fit- we want to talk to YOU!!
- Lead, coach, and develop branch associates—driving strong customer interactions, proactive sales conversations, and consistent performance expectations.
- Oversee branch operations and execution of the retail strategy while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
- Provide guidance on complex account maintenance and resolve customer escalations with professionalism and urgency.
- Collaborate with internal partners (e.g., Small Business, Mortgage, Private Wealth) to connect customers with the right solutions and expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or comparable college and/or relevant business experience.
- 2+ years of leadership, associate development, or management experience.
- 2+ years of banking/financial services experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- NMLS registration (or ability to obtain within 90 days ) and reliable transportation with flexibility to work branch hours (including some evenings/weekends).
