This is a light industrial, assembly-line position that involves working alongside a team of approximately 20–40 employees, with each person responsible for a specific step in the packaging process.

The work is straightforward and easy to learn, making this a great opportunity for individuals with little or no manufacturing experience who enjoy hands-on work and want to grow with a company.


Production Line Associate – Pokémon Packaging & Assembly


Position: Production / Packaging Associate
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm
Pay: $15.25/hr.

Job Overview

We are hiring dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join a fast-paced production and packaging team assembling Pokémon trading card displays and promotional products.

This is a light industrial, assembly-line position that involves working alongside a team of approximately 20–40 employees, with each person responsible for a specific step in the packaging process.

Job Responsibilities


  • Work at an assigned station on a production line assembling Pokémon trading card displays and packaging.

  • Perform repetitive, small-piece assembly tasks with accuracy and consistency.

  • Fold and assemble cardboard boxes and display materials.

  • Insert trading cards, promotional items, and packaging components into designated displays.

  • Apply glue dots, adhesives, or other materials to secure products.

  • Assist with plastic wrapping, sealing, and packaging finished products.

  • Place completed products into shipping cartons and prepare them for palletizing.

  • Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and proper packaging.

  • Maintain production pace to help the team meet daily goals.

  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.

  • Follow instructions from line leads and supervisors.

  • Be flexible and willing to rotate between different stations as production needs change.

Physical Requirements


  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift.

  • Ability to lift and handle items weighing approximately 5–20 lbs.

  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small pieces.

  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.

Breaks & Work Environment


  • 30-minute lunch break provided during the shift.

  • Water and restroom breaks are permitted as needed. Employees simply need to communicate with their line lead before stepping away so coverage can be arranged.

  • Large warehouse/production environment with multiple active assembly lines.

  • Team-oriented atmosphere where everyone contributes to completing the finished product.

Qualifications


  • No previous warehouse or manufacturing experience required.

  • Ability to follow basic instructions and maintain attention to detail.

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.

  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
