Warehouse Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift (and other material handling equipment as needed) to move product safely and efficiently
• Load/unload trucks and stage inbound/outbound shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; verify counts and product accuracy
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and product staging to support production/shipping needs
• Assist with inventory counts and basic inventory control tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines (PPE, equipment checks, etc.)

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• Forklift experience required  (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck—based on site needs)
• Prior warehouse experience preferred (shipping/receiving, picking, packing, staging)
• Able to lift/move up to  50 lbs  as needed and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; team-oriented attitude

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with frequent lifting, walking, and equipment traffic
• May include exposure to varying temperatures depending on the facility
