Warehouse Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders using pick lists/work orders and basic scanning or paperwork
• Stage materials and components to support production schedules and shipping priorities
• Operate a  forklift  (and/or pallet jack) to load/unload, move, and store materials
• Receive and put away incoming materials; verify counts and report discrepancies
• Perform basic inventory tasks (cycle counts, labeling, location transfers)
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in staging, storage, and dock areas (5S mindset)
• Follow safety procedures for equipment operation, PPE, and material handling
• Communicate shortages, damages, or process issues to the lead/supervisor

Warehouse Associate Qualifications / Requirements:

• Prior experience in  manufacturing  or  warehouse  environment preferred
• Forklift experience required; certification is a plus (can be provided in some environments)
• Ability to read work orders, labels, and basic instructions in English
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Dependable attendance and strong teamwork/communication

Physical / Work Environment

• Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift
• Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling (up to  50 lbs  with or without assistance)
• Manufacturing/warehouse environment with moving equipment, noise, and temperature changes
