• Load and unload carpet rolls and related materials from trucks
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery/customer pickup
• Cut/measure carpet (as needed) and assist with packaging/wrapping
• Organize inventory and keep aisles/warehouse areas clean and safe
• Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming shipments
• Follow safety procedures and use proper lifting techniques

Laborer Experience Required:

• Prior warehouse/labor experience preferred (will train the right person)
• Able to lift and move heavy materials (carpet rolls can be 50+ lbs)
• Reliable attendance and punctuality (steady schedule, weekday shift)
• Comfortable working on your feet and doing repetitive physical tasks
• Team-oriented with a positive, “jump in and help” attitude

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with frequent lifting, bending, pushing/pulling
• Fast-paced operation focused on accuracy and safety
