Work Environment: Climate-controlled warehouse
Schedule
Normal Shift (when production allows):- Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Some Saturdays (rare)
- Averaging ~20 hours of overtime per week (based on current production needs)
This role currently requires consistent overtime. Please apply only if you can commit to the OT schedule.
Warehouse Packer Key Responsibilities
- Assemble variety packs by placing the correct items/quantities into cartons
- Package, label, and seal product according to instructions
- Perform basic quality checks (correct count, correct items, packaging integrity)
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and production-ready
- Work safely and follow all warehouse and food/product handling standards (as applicable)
- Meet hourly/daily production expectations while maintaining accuracy
Warehouse Packer Requirements
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to lift and move typical packaging/case weights (as assigned)
- Dependable attendance and ability to work mandatory overtime
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with production goals
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Warehouse Packer Dress Code / Safety Standards
- No jewelry (small earrings and rings are allowed if taped )
- Shorts allowed if mid-thigh or longer
- No spaghetti straps
- Hair must be in a bun
