Warehouse Picker/Packer Key Responsibilities

• Pick tool kit items using a cart and scanner (RF scanning)
• Pack picked items into 48” x 40” cardboard Gaylords accurately and efficiently
• Pack and prepare small parcel orders at times (labeling, packing, staging)
• Verify quantities and part numbers to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and company processes

Warehouse Picker/Packer  Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move items that may weigh  50 lbs. or more
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of the shift and perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, handling product)

Warehouse Picker/Packer  Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse picking/packing experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable using a scanner (or willing to learn)
• Cherry picker experience is helpful (not required), and willingness to operate equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Warehouse Picker/Packer  Attendance Expectations (Very Important):

• Reliable attendance is required
• Tardiness and unexcused absences will not be tolerated

Warehouse Picker/Packer  Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule:  Monday–Friday,  8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Starting Pay:   $19/hour additional 
• Pay Upon Full-Time Conversion:   $20/hour
