- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management and inventory control
- Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience with automated warehouse systems
- Additional certifications in warehouse operations or logistics
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 3+ years related warehouse experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Valid Missouri driver’s license or state ID
- Valid or willing to obtain forklift certification immediately after hiring
- Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
