Key Duties

Serve as the primary liaison for warranty inquiries—guiding customers through the eligibility and application process with professionalism and accuracy.

Review and process warranty applications, coordinate inspections, and maintain proactive communication with contractors and building owners.

Manage all documentation related to trademarks, sales/use tax certificates, and attorney-submitted claims or invoices.

Track and order office supplies, submit contractor payments post-inspection, and support internal compliance procedures.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field; coursework in business administration or similar is preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard office technology; confident in navigating digital platforms.

SALARY: $19-$21/hour (based on experience)
