- MIG weld daily (steel up to 3/4" )
- Build clean, consistent welds where appearance matters as much as structural integrity
- Bridge/bead large gaps and make them look professional
- Fabrication tasks including drilling/tapping holes, grinding, fitting, and finishing
- Support manual machining work as needed (training available); manual lathe experience preferred
- Proven MIG welding experience with high-quality, great-looking welds
- Ability to weld heavier material (up to 3/4") and fill gaps cleanly
- Strong mechanical aptitude; quick learner
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of work
- Dependable : reliable attendance, follow-through, and accountability
