Pay:  $20.50/hour
 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a  reach truck  to pick, put away, and relocate palletized product.
• Load/unload and stage materials for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Perform  rack picking  and  high-bay put-away  while maintaining product integrity.
• Use RF scanner or warehouse system to track inventory movements (if applicable).
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance/safety issues.
• Assist with general warehouse duties: labeling, wrapping, palletizing, sorting, and cleanup.
• Follow all safety procedures, including pedestrian awareness and proper PPE use.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies or damaged goods.

Qualifications

• Prior reach truck experience required  (recent experience preferred).
• Ability to lift up to  50 lbs  (with heavier items moved using equipment).
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (standing/walking, temperature changes, noise).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• RF scanner / WMS experience
• Order picking, shipping/receiving, cycle counts
• Ability to operate other equipment (pallet jack, sit-down forklift) is a plus
