My philosophy is simple: listen to your clients and candidates. This allows me to develop solutions and strategic plans to tackle even the most complex recruiting and staffing situations. I am also committed to investing in each of my clients and candidates and developing lasting relationships by handling every element of the process with the highest level of care.

About Kelly

I graduated with a Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas. I have over 22 years of experience in recruiting with a specialty focus in Call Center Management, Project Management, and HR/Office Management. I avid gym rat and love to work out on a daily basis. Other hobbies include gardening, cooking, and yoga. Personal fact. I am a professional by day and a farmer by night.
