Why are you passionate about your job?

I am passionate about my job because I enjoy working for a locally owned and operated company.  Allied is a company that truly puts their people first, the people who work here notice that and in return give there all, day in and day out.  It's rewarding to work with people who are motivated to accomplish great things and establishing a winning culture.
