Why are you passionate about your job?

I like being able to connect with the people the way we do here. Its satisfying getting to help someone find their career. I also enjoy getting to see our clients facilities first hand and learning how the jobs we are staffing for actually work.

Background

Before I started at Allied I had 22 years in the food and beverage industry. I started out as a dishwasher and worked my way up to General Manager. I went to JCCC where I received my Associates of Applied Science in Business Administration. Back in 2018 I went back to school to KC at their Edwards campus and became a certified web developer.
