Why are you passionate about your job?

I love this job because it’s rewarding to connect the right people with the right opportunities and see both sides succeed. Knowing I play a role in someone’s career and a company’s growth is what motivates me every day.

Background

I’m from a small suburb south of Kansas City called Belton, and I’ve lived in the Kansas City area my entire life. I attended Avila University for two years, and outside of work I’m a big fan of Game of Thrones. I have an 8-year-old mini dachshund named Lizzie who I’ve had since she was just two months old. One of my biggest passions is my LEGO collection—I have a very large one, and I’m always adding to it.
