Why are you passionate about your job?

Education staffing is a people business, and that's what I love about it. I get to help schools solve problems, support educators in their careers, and build partnerships that make a lasting difference in local communities. I've seen firsthand how the right person in the right role can positively impact an entire classroom.

Background

John graduated from Missouri State University and has built a career spanning more than 20 years in the staffing industry, including the last 12 years focused exclusively on education staffing. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about helping schools connect with talented professionals who make a difference in students' lives. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their four children. He is an active golfer, plays in an adult ice hockey league, and supports his wife's work operating child daycare and early learning centers. Family, community, and helping others succeed are at the center of both his personal and professional life.
