Why are you passionate about your job?

I’m passionate about staffing because I have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives; helping someone land a job, navigate a career change, or find the right fit is incredibly rewarding. In the schools space, it’s especially fulfilling to support schools and communities by connecting them with professionals who make a difference for students every day. I also enjoy the variety that comes with staffing, no two days are the same, and the continuous learning that comes from working with different people, industries, and markets.

Background

After graduating from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, I pursued a career in recruiting, initially focusing on nurse staffing before discovering a strong interest in school-based recruiting. Over the past 2.5 years, I’ve built experience in the schools space and developed a passion for connecting professionals with meaningful opportunities in the classroom. I joined Allied in April 2026 and am excited to bring my experience while continuing to grow and help build the schools division from the ground up!
